Levi Myers, DO

Salutations! My name is Levi Myers and I grew up in a land far, far away called St. George, Utah. I completed my undergraduate work at Southern Utah University where I studied Human Nutrition and Biology. After this, I entered medical school at Rocky Vista University in Denver, Colorado where I stayed until starting residency in Fort Wayne.

The family medicine program here in Fort Wayne first caught my eye while researching programs near family in Indiana and soon turned into the standard by which I evaluated all others. Completing an audition rotation here sealed the deal for me as I was able to meet the other residents and attendings. There was such a strong camaraderie and mentorship that helped every resident wherever they were on their learning journey. That, coupled with a strong curriculum and flexibility through numerous electives let me know I would thrive during my training here.

Spending time with my wife, two little girls, and overweight goldendoodle is how I prefer to relax and explore life outside of medicine. We are all excited with what this next chapter will bring and couldn’t be happier in Fort Wayne.
